We take the safer path: modernise incrementally. We understand what the system does, protect the logic that matters, and replace the painful parts piece by piece, so the business keeps running while the software gets faster, safer and easier to change.

We favour incremental modernisation over big-bang replacement. New, modern components are grown alongside the legacy system and gradually take over its responsibilities, so risk is spread across many small, reversible steps rather than concentrated in one terrifying cutover.

Throughout, we document the behaviour we are preserving and add the automated tests the original never had. That safety net means we can change the system with confidence, and leaves you with software that is finally understood, not just feared.
